Citrus-Lime Bike Store Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not return items without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your refund.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to a fault or an error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid returns label. We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Certain items are exempt from our standard returns policy. For hygiene reasons, items such as socks, gloves, and base layers cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

For safety reasons, helmets and other protective equipment cannot be accepted as a return or exchange unless covered under warranty. If you believe any item is faulty or covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team with details of the issue and supporting photographs where possible, and we will assess this on a case-by-case basis and look to offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
