We offer two delivery options to suit your needs. Standard Delivery is available for £3.95 and typically takes 3–5 working days from the point of dispatch. If you need your order a little sooner, our Premium Delivery service is available for £6.95, with most orders arriving within 1–2 working days.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please note that orders placed after 2pm may not be processed until the following working day. During busy periods such as sales events or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to amend addresses once an order has been placed.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Parcels not collected or redelivered within the courier's holding period may be returned to us, in which case a redelivery charge may apply.
Prefer to collect in store? Our Click & Collect service is available free of charge. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and choose your preferred store location. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect, which is typically within 2 working days. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid form of ID when collecting. Orders not collected within 14 days may be returned to stock.
